How long does the energizing process take?

You need to leave the liquid in the energy mugs for one to two minutes. If you want more highly energized water, leave it in longer. Leaving it in overnight will charge the liquid very high for your morning beverage.

Do the energy mugs remove chemicals from the water?

No. But the energy cell process will render them less harmful. The mugs will not clean or filter tap water, so it’s best to use spring or purified water. Distilled or reverse osmosis water are not desirable, because these can actually leach substances from the plastic.

These products are not water filters or water purifiers, so remember that they do not clean or purify the water. They energize it, so that its vibration is much more beneficial to the human body.

Will anything damage the mug or pitcher?

The energy mugs cannot be exposed to microwave radiation or other types of radiation, like x-rays. So you can't put them into the microwave oven to heat up liquids.

If you travel with your mug, you should store it upright in a secure carry-on bag and hand it or show it to the security checkpoint person so that it will not get x-rayed. X-raying will ruin the delicate energy cell structure inside the walls of the mug or pitcher.

Can I place foods into the mug to energize them?

Yes. You will note that foods will have a slightly different taste even if they are placed in the container for only a couple of minutes. You can place coffee, soda, juice or tea in them as well, as long as the hot beverage is not scalding hot.

We do NOT recommend using distilled or reverse osmosis water in the mugs. Use spring water or purified water. If you have a water filtration system in your house, use the filtered water.

We experimented putting soda in the mugs to see the effect. Soda is not the healthiest beverage to drink; most sodas are rich in sugar or corn syrup, and they contain a high level of phosphates which can be damaging to the kidneys. The artificial colorings in soda are not that kind to the human body either.

When we drank soda that had been placed in the energy mug for 5 minutes, the soda actually tasted better: it was not as sticky-sweet and the carbonation was greatly reduced. It was a smoother and tastier drink.

Can I refrigerate the mug or pitcher?

It’s best to keep the items in the mug or pitcher at room temperature. It maximizes the transfer of data to the liquid. It will not harm the mug if you refrigerate it, but it might be best to energize whatever is in the mug and then transfer it to another container that you can then keep refrigerated.

How do I clean the mug or pitcher?

Just light soapy water will do. They can be placed in a dishwasher, but many users prefer to just keep them hand-washed and wiped. Once you realize the benefits of these products you will want to take special care of them.

Is there a breakage policy?

Yes. The mug and pitcher are made from a very durable polycarbonate plastic, but accidents do occur. If you drop the mug or pitcher onto a hard surface the handle may break off, depending on the angle and impact. There is a 5-year return warranty offered by the manufacturer in the event of breakage.
